Ollie (not his real name) is a student who originally studied at the Centre last year with one of the Moody students here then. He then took a break and came back in May of this year. He came to some cooking nights but apart from that, was on the periphery of things. Fast forward to mid-August and Ollie is part of the furniture at The Centre and a real part of “the Centre family!” He usually arrives when we open, whether or not he has a class that day, and leaves to go out for dinner with some of us when we shut! He spends a lot of time playing Chess which he loves, but when there are others around, he’ll happily join in playing other games! He obviously loves coming to The Centre and he laughs a lot! Ollie has also attended house church (a mid-week Christian meeting) for about a month and really enjoys this too. It is obvious to us that God is drawing Ollie to Himself and it’s very exciting to see.
